Is every deal winnable?

No, and that's on purpose. Every deal is a truly random shuffle, like a real deck of cards, and some random deals can't be won. While you play, the app searches for a solution. If it finds one, it rates the hand from Easy to Grand Master; if it searches millions of positions without finding one, it marks the hand Unsolvable. Tap Difficulty in the game to see a hand's rating.

What do the difficulty ratings mean?

They come from how hard the search had to work to find a win: how many positions it explored, how long the winning path is, and how often random play gets stuck. Easy hands have many routes to a win; Expert hands have very few. A Grand Master hand has a win the search found only after a very long hunt, and an Unsolvable hand has none it could find.

Someone sent me a challenge link

If you have the game installed, tapping the link opens it straight to that hand: the same cards, in the same order, in the same Draw 1 or Draw 3 mode. Without the game, the link opens a page showing the hand and the score to beat.
