This notice describes how Penelope's Arcade LLC ("Penelope's Arcade", "we") collects and uses information through our games, apps and website (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. We receive information you provide when you use certain features or contact us. You can choose not to provide it, though some features may then be unavailable.
• Automatic information. We receive certain information when you use features that connect to our services, such as identifiers generated by our apps and details of your interactions with those features.

Much of what our games use, such as progress, settings and statistics, stays on your device. See the examples below.

How we use information

We use information to provide, troubleshoot and improve the Services; to show you and others the content you choose to share; to communicate with you; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with law.

How information is shared

We are not in the business of selling personal information. Content you choose to share through a feature is visible to the people you share it with. We use service providers, such as hosting providers, who may use information only to perform services for us. Information may be transferred as part of a sale or reorganization of our business, and we may disclose information when we believe it is appropriate to comply with law, enforce our Terms of Use, or protect the rights or safety of Penelope's Arcade, our players or others.

Security and retention

We protect information in transit with encryption and use reasonable safeguards for the information we hold. We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purposes above, and information tied to features that go unused for an extended period is deleted.

Your choices

You can use our games without the features that connect to our services, change the information you share in the app, and manage app permissions in your device settings. Deleting an app deletes the information it stores on your device. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal information; contact us to do so.

Children

Our games are made for players of all ages and don't require personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without a parent's or guardian's consent, and we encourage players to use a nickname rather than a real name. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Where information is processed

We are based in the United States, and information may be processed there and wherever our service providers operate.

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The date above shows when it last changed.

Examples of information we collect

Information you give us, for example:

• a display name you choose;
• content you share, such as a game you send to others;
• your email address and the content of messages you send us.

Automatic information, for example:

• an identifier generated by our app;
• results, such as scores and times, on content you share or that is shared with you;
• the IP address and device or browser type that are part of any connection, which are used briefly to protect the Services.

Purchases are processed by the app store you use, and we don't receive your payment details.
